Planning Board approves lot-line plans for Briggs, Pace Builders
Planning Board · Meeting of August 27, 2026
North Attleborough Planning Board approves two lot-line plans, presses pause again on Gregory Manor. The board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required plan for Paul and Barbara Briggs at 289 and 295 Kelly Boulevard, resolving a parking-lot encroachment onto the residential lot from Briggs Nursery, and approved a second A&R dividing 157 Orange Street into two conforming three-family lots for Pace Builders, 4-0-1. Engineer Tyler LaFrenia of Risser Engineering presented both.
The Gregory Manor developer missed a second consecutive meeting; staff member Gil said he "assured me he will come to the next meeting," now set for September 3 and September 17. Neighbor Gavin Dover, who attended seeking answers, said "it would have been nice for him to at least say, I can't make it, but I've done X, Y, and Z." Hillside Estates and a 405 Plain Street hearing were both opened and continued to September 3, 3-0-1.
