NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board approved two construction bond releases totaling $671,300. The 3-0 vote released $210,300 for John Walsh's Westwood Estates covering Ronald C. Meyer Drive and Houde Street, with Members Greg Walsh and Clerk Greg Lorincz recused.
The board voted 5-0 to release $461,000 for Ankur Patel's 777 South Washington Street development after the applicant corrected an EV parking space configuration issue. The board heard a Gregory Manor project update showing progress on outstanding work items and held a pre-application review of Toll Brothers' proposed Heather Hill 55-plus development with 24 duplex units.
