NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board approved two land-use applications. The board voted unanimously 4-0 to approve an Approval Not Required plan for Paul and Barbara Briggs at 289 and 295 Kelley Boulevard to straighten lot lines between properties. It also unanimously approved a 4-0 ANR plan for Pace Builders at 157 Orne Street dividing the property into two equal lots for a 3-family dwelling.
Motions were made by Clerk Greg Lorincz and Member Connor Tarr, respectively. Vice Chair William Blais presided in the absence of Chair Jason Gittle. The board continued or deferred three other public hearings and a project update to future meetings.
