Cultural Council Releases 2026 Summer Concert Series Lineup for North Attleborough
NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH — The North Attleborough Cultural Council released its full 2026 Summer Concert Series musician lineup Monday afternoon, giving residents the first look at a free outdoor music schedule that anchors what is shaping up to be a busy summer, one already stacked with 250th-anniversary celebrations, a road race, and a new senior outreach program.

The town has published an official calendar of events for its "Celebrating Liberty's Legacy: 250 Years of Independence" commemoration, giving residents a comprehensive schedule as North Attleborough prepares to mark the nation's semiquincentennial. Tied directly to that celebration, registration is now open for the "Twice is Nice" 2.5- and 5-mile road race set for July 12.
With Atlantic hurricane season now underway, Emergency Management Director Christopher Coleman and other town officials are encouraging residents to review preparedness tips and make sure their households are ready for severe weather. On a different warm-weather front, Senior Center Director Karen Testa has launched a Summer Fan Drive, connecting local seniors in need with free electric fans to help them stay safe during hot stretches. Also available this season: the town's composting facility is selling bulk screened compost to contractors at $10 per cubic yard for orders of 20 yards or more.
