Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of July 23, 2026
NORTH ATTLEBORO — Zoning Board approved variances for a seven-lot subdivision and a land transfer at Briggs Nursery. The board voted 4-0 on the subdivision at 110 Cumberland Avenue, with member Arsen Hambardzumian recusing himself as an applicant, finding that five of seven proposed lots required relief from width and depth standards. The board unanimously approved a variance and special permit for Paul and Barbara Briggs to transfer 1,210 square feet of land at 295 and 291 Kelley Boulevard to resolve a parking lot encroachment.
A hearing on Kyle Cehanowicz's request to add two mobile homes at Water's Edge Mobile Home Park was continued to August 20.
