NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board demanded completion timeline for stalled Gregory Manor development. Developer Darius Gregory, also a homeowner at the project, was given until August 13 and August 27 to address outstanding construction items and property encroachments or face violations. Town Planner Gil Hilario stated that the project, outstanding for more than a year, cannot wait any longer and that violations will be issued if items are not completed.
The board also continued a seven-lot Hillside Estates subdivision hearing to August 27 after abutters raised vegetation and stormwater concerns, and continued a 20,000-square-foot industrial site plan hearing at 405 Plain Street to August 13.
