NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board approved multiple site plans and bond actions at its July 9 meeting, including a $29,000 bond approval, a $312,097.50 bond release for Westwood Estates, and a street acceptance recommendation for Ronald C. Meyer Drive and Houde Street. The Board approved Level 1 Site Plan Reviews for Modern Milkman's refrigerated container and Metalor's 40,420-square-foot solar canopy parking structure.
The Board also addressed special permit violations at Gregory Way, where as-built plans showed encroachments onto HOA-owned and town conservation land. Chair Jason Gittle stated he preferred the developer construct per approved plans; Vice Chair William Blais noted that lot line modifications could complicate existing deeds and mortgages. The developer was scheduled to present a corrective plan on July 30.
