Planning Board approves mixed-use building, housing project and continues school hearing.

NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board approves two site plan reviews, withholds signature on lot combination. The North Attleboro Housing Authority's parking expansion at 34 Circle Court received unanimous approval with modified standard conditions waiving the surety bond for the public agency project; Vice Chair William Blais moved the 5-0 vote. Imperial Subaru's Approval Not Required to combine two parcels passed 4-0-1 with the board withholding its signature until deed recording errors are corrected, Member Greg Walsh recusing himself.

The board continued its public hearing on the proposed North Attleborough High School for March 5, with presenters detailing 766 proposed parking spaces, truck routing through the industrial park beginning at 7 a.m. weekdays, and major construction phases scheduled for fall 2026 and fall 2028.
