NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board unanimously approves high school site plan with revised drainage conditions. Chair Jason Gittle, Vice Chair William Blais, and Members Gregory Lorincz, Connor Tarr, and Gregory Walsh voted 5-0 to back the Level 3 Major Site Plan Special Permit for the New North Attleborough High School at 1 Wilson W. Whitty Way, with preliminary as-builts to be submitted in phases and special conditions requiring witnessed test pits and completion of a groundwater study for underground infiltration systems UGI-5 and UGI-6.

The Board also unanimously approved the Achin Acres Cluster Subdivision covenant and made a positive recommendation on a proposed zoning bylaw amendment allowing motor vehicle sales establishments by special permit in C-7.5, C-30, and C-60 zones, with editorial revisions to the text.
