NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board unanimously approved gas station permit at 563 South Washington Street. The board voted 4-0 to approve a Level 3 Major Site Plan Special Permit for an Imperial Gas Station with Country Store, with bonding calculated at 25 percent of site and civil construction costs. Chair Jason Gittle, Clerk Greg Lorincz, Member Greg Walsh, and Member Connor Tarr voted in favor.
Vice Chair William Blais was absent. The board amended several conditions related to drainage infrastructure and lighting requirements.
