North Attleborough Planning Board approves duplex conversion to three-family dwelling. Vice Chair Bill Blais and Members Greg Lorincz and Connor Tarr voted unanimously to approve the Level 1 site plan for Alexandra and Robert Blease to add a third-floor unit at 107 Broad Street. The board also continued the major high school project review at 1 Wilson W.

Whitty Way to March 19, with project engineer Rob Fitzgerald committing to conduct a groundwater study within weeks to confirm stormwater design changes; resident Cliff Basset expressed concerns during public comment about drainage impacts on Rattlesnake Brook and neighboring properties.
