NORTH ATTLEBORO — Planning Board approves Air Guardian site plan; continues gas station hearing. The board voted 3-0-1 to approve a Level 1 Site Plan Review for the project at 23 Chestnut Street, conditional on parking lot striping, with Clerk Lorincz abstaining. Director of Public Works Mark Hollowell asked the board to collaborate on accepting approximately thirty unaccepted roads and enforcing developer maintenance responsibility until town acceptance.
The board opened a public hearing on the Hillside Estates subdivision off Cumberland Avenue, where residents raised concerns about stormwater runoff, retaining walls, and existing flooding, and continued the matter to July 30.
