North Attleborough Housing Authority approves $2.1M operating budget for fiscal 2026. Richard Leco moved approval of the spending plan showing total revenue of $2,078,728 and expenses of $2,108,223, with a requested subsidy of $500,689 from the state Department of Housing and Community Development; the vote passed five to zero. Executive Director Paula Mayville's annual salary of $114,279 was included in the submission for state review.
The Authority also received a failing 65-point evaluation of contractor Poulin Construction's work on a South Washington elevator project and accepted HUD's perfect 100-point management assessment of the Housing Choice Voucher program.
