Historical Commission approves posts and stain for 250th celebration signs

NORTH ATTLEBORO — Historical Commission approves materials for 250th celebration signage. The commission voted 4-0 to purchase three 6-by-6 posts and brown stain, with Chair Richard Miller providing installation at no cost. Washington and Rochambeau signs are in production.

The board also tabled light post discussion until March and suggested a roof inspection of Holmes School for spring; a contractor has already been paid for Holmes Meeting Hall landing and steps work.
