The Council on Aging reports grant-funded expansion including a digital literacy program with 30 iPads; the Health Department onboarded full-time staff and a regional nurse to expand capacity; Richards Memorial Library Director Debbie Clifton cited rising copier and toner costs while pursuing state accreditation; Veterans Agent Scott Smith reported 2025 benefits of $827,456 to 425 veterans and family members; Parks and Recreation Director Steven Carvalho indicated the municipal pool will require significant investment beyond routine maintenance within the next few years and expects the High Street field project to open by fall 2027.
