Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 28, 2026
North Attleborough Conservation Commission closes shed hearing, announces conservation agent handoff. Members voted unanimously to close a continued public hearing on a residential shed and site-work project after the applicant's engineer eliminated a proposed concrete slab and walkway, producing what he called a net decrease of about 50 square feet of impervious surface, and then voted unanimously to issue the order of conditions as drafted. The commission also approved its May 26 minutes and learned that outgoing Conservation Agent Kevin, stepping back to focus on his family and business, will be succeeded by TJ Torres, who told members he is "looking forward to working with the commission," pending a contract officials hope to finalize this week.
Staff flagged peer-review items at 128 Washington Street and on Tisbert Way for the next meeting. The meeting adjourned at 5:43 p.m.
