Conservation Commission · Meeting of August 11, 2026

North Attleborough Conservation Commission backs a four-lot Woodlock Drive land gift and pushes three hearings to August 25. The board unanimously recommended accepting a donation of parcels 206, 207, 208 and 209 off Azalea Drive, pending a town meeting vote and a final Select Board sign-off; abutter Tom Watkin called it "a benefit to the town" and said he "can't imagine anything worse" than four house lots there. Commissioners also authorized new conservation agent TJ to sign routine invoices, following the Planning and Zoning boards' model, after longtime agent Kevin Baldwin's resignation left the office in transition.

Hearings on Tisbury 2A, 54 Berry Street and 128 Washington Street were all continued to August 25 at the applicants' request, and members accepted two abutter letters, from Lindsay Martucci and Christopher Wallace, into the Washington Street record. An enforcement letter for violations at 439C South Street will get a full hearing on the next agenda.
