NORTH ATTLEBORO — Conservation Commission approved an Order of Conditions for a fire-destroyed house reconstruction on Wendy Drive in North Attleborough. The unanimous 5-0 votes closed the public hearing and issued the permit for Joshua and Cherie Jensen's project, which involves demolition and rebuilding with expanded footprint. Revised site plans limit new wetland buffer impacts to approximately 1,350 square feet of the roughly 9,250 total project impacts.
The Order includes standard conditions plus a requirement to replace the one oak tree removed during demolition.
