NORTH ATTLEBORO — Conservation Commission issues two Negative 3 Determinations of Applicability for wetland-buffer projects. Chair Kimberly Ciaramicoli and members including Jessica Tenzar approved an above-ground pool at 95 Colonial Way sited 85 feet from Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, contingent on proper pool drainage, and authorized removal of five disease-affected and hazardous trees at 38 Buttonwood Circle within the 100-foot buffer to Falls Pond, with conditions requiring trees be cut flush to ground, all work occur from the cul-de-sac only, and replanting with native species. Both motions carried unanimously 4-0.
A Notice of Intent for 563 South Washington Street and a Certificate of Compliance for 20 Larsen Way were continued to June 2, 2026.
