Conservation Commission approves three wetlands determinations; continues two major projects.

NORTH ATTLEBORO — Conservation Commission approves three minor wetlands determinations on same day. Chair Kimberly Ciaramicoli's board unanimously issued Negative 3 determinations for pump station replacement, deck reconstruction, and shed construction, each with tailored erosion control or stockpiling conditions. The Commission also continued its review of a Route 85 Realty redevelopment at 563 South Washington Street, requiring detailed engineered wetland replication plans, a dewatering protocol, Phase II environmental documentation, and three years of monitoring reports for approximately 595 square feet of permanent Bordering Vegetated Wetland impact.

A Certificate of Compliance for 20 Larsen Way was continued pending completion of stormwater improvements and photographic documentation.
