North Attleborough Conservation Commission approves home addition, authorizes environmental review of major development project. The commission unanimously issued an Order of Conditions for a one-story addition at 9 Diamond Street within the 100-foot buffer zone of Falls Pond, requiring all construction materials be staged in the driveway area to prevent pond erosion. It also unanimously approved $10,850 in peer review costs for a 563 South Washington Street redevelopment converting a defunct gas station into a country store and fuel station, with stormwater improvements and a retaining wall to protect wetlands.

The hearing continues April 14, 2026, and the Commission separately advanced Certificates of Compliance procedures for the North Attleboro Marketplace pending property sale.
